OMG!

In October I received an email that no one ever wants to get. It was from the Homeowners Association in the desert. They saw water seeping from our home. That is not good.

Come to find out, a connector between a water line and a toilet cracked and water flowed for days.
Insurance has been awesome. A crew was on the job with 3 hours of notification but the damage was done. Here are some photos of the mess.

The kitchen. There used to be cabinets and an island.

The master bath as seen through the walls of the bedroom. 

If there was a toilet, you could sit on it and wave to people in the back yard. I show you these because I am going to show you over time how my house is being put back together. They say the reconstruction will be complete by May 1. I'll keep you posted.
